Vista now has the ability to resize partitions.
01. Right click on Computer
02. Select Manage
03. Click on Disk Management
04. Right click on a partition
05. elect Shrink or Extend depending on what you want to do
Note: As with all changes to partition sizes, have a good set of backups beforehand is a good idea
