Enabling Fast Shutdown

To turn on this feature:

01. Start Regedit

02. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ System \ CurrentControlSet \ Control \ Shutdown

03. Create a string called FastReboot

04. Give it a value of 1
